The companies we rely on to run the Services, what each does and where
These are the companies that process personal data for Calenzy Pte. Ltd. in order to provide the Services, what each one does for us, and where it processes data. This page is Annex III of our Data Processing Agreement. Customers whose clients' data we process are emailed at least 30 days before a company is added to this list, and may object as the DPA describes.

Infrastructure
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services, Inc. and affiliates). Servers, databases, file storage, backups, secrets management, and delivery of the emails the Services send. Regions: Singapore and Paris (France); email delivery from Singapore; dedicated servers on request in other AWS regions.
- Tailscale, Inc. (Canada). Private network used by our staff to reach the servers. Carries connections; does not store Customer Data.
Payments and accounting
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc., United States, and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Payment processing and card storage for Calenzy subscriptions, and for the payments customers take from their own clients on their own Stripe accounts.
- Xero (Xero Limited, New Zealand). Accounting; also connected by customers who choose the Xero integration, for their own invoices and contacts.
Features
- OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., United States). Artificial intelligence features: writing and editing texts, translation, proofreading, dietary tags, image generation, and the AI assistants. Receives the content the customer submits to a feature and the account context it needs. Contractually excluded from training its models on this data.
- Google (Google LLC, United States, and Google Ireland Ltd.). Sign in with Google; the Places listing a customer picks at onboarding; Google Business Profile and Google reviews when a customer connects them; fonts served to browsers; push notifications and crash reports in the apps (Firebase).
- Apple (Apple Inc., United States, and Apple Distribution International, Ireland). Sign in with Apple; push notifications and in app purchases in the iOS apps.
- OneSignal (OneSignal, Inc., United States). Push notifications for the Calenzy and Uptime apps.
- Meta (Meta Platforms, Inc., United States, and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Only when a customer connects its Meta account, for the features that use it.
- Tiny Technologies (Tiny Technologies Inc., United States). Delivers the rich text editor used in some dashboard pages to the browser. Sees the browser's IP address; does not receive the content edited.
Cloud services
- NETIM (NETIM SARL, France). Domain name registration and renewal, DNS, and mailboxes for some customers. Registrant contact details are transmitted to the registry of each extension as ICANN and the registry require.
- OVH (OVH SAS, France). Mailboxes and hosted Exchange for some customers, one dedicated server, and the sending of SMS reminders and campaigns.
- ImprovMX (ImprovMX Incorporated, United States). Email forwarding for domains that use it.
- Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation, United States, and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). Microsoft 365 licences we buy and manage for customers who ask for them; the service itself runs under Microsoft's terms with the customer.
Website and support
- Crisp (Crisp IM SAS, France). Chat on calenzy.com, loaded only when a visitor opens it.
- Slack (Slack Technologies, LLC, United States). Internal notifications to our team, for example when a new Uptime account is created; carries the email address of the account.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Support conversations with customers who write to us there.
