Questions, answered plainly.

Is there really no commission?

Really. You pay the subscription and nothing else to us: no cut per booking, no fee per new client. When you take online payments, only your payment provider's own processing fees apply, and they go to them, not to us.

What is a project?

One business, with its own website, booking page, menu and analytics. Most accounts have one. A second salon or a second brand is a second project, run from the same login on Premium.

Are the prices final?

Yes. Calenzy is a Singapore company and charges no VAT, so the price on this page is the price on your statement.

Which currency will I pay in?

The currency follows the country you connect from: EUR, SGD, TWD, THB or USD. The page and the app always quote the same number.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the paid month. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year and give you two months free compared with monthly.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your account pauses, it is not erased. Your files stay stored and remain viewable and downloadable, read-only, for at least 12 months, so you can come back or take them with you.

How many people can use my account?

Essential includes 2 team members, Pro includes 5, and Premium has no limit. Each person gets their own login, with permissions you control.
