Is there a limit on the number of invoices?
No. Create as many invoices and quotes as your business needs, on every plan.
Can my clients pay online?
Yes, from Pro. The invoice email carries a pay link, the client pays by card, and Stripe sends the money to your account. You record the payment on the invoice and its status changes to paid. Stripe charges its own processing fee. Calenzy takes nothing.
How do I record a bank transfer or cash?
Open the invoice and record the payment with the date and the method. The status changes to paid and the amount due goes to zero.
Does it connect to my accounting software?
On Premium, your invoices and clients sync with Xero. Other accounting tools are not connected today.
Can I edit an invoice after sending it?
Yes, as long as your local rules allow it. You can also cancel an invoice, and the numbering stays in order.
