Drag photos and documents into a folder, up to 100 at a time, from your computer or your phone. For a video or a large file, use Upload a large file: it goes straight to storage, up to 2 GB per file, and counts in your plan's space like everything else.
Pick a photo from your storage when you edit a page or a menu item. Or copy the link and use it anywhere, in an email or a document.
Essential includes 5 GB, Pro 50 GB, Premium 250 GB. Extra storage is a small add-on, so you never delete a photo to make room.

What kind of files can I store?
Photos, PDFs, documents, videos and the everyday files of a business, up to 2 GB per file. Everything counts towards your plan's storage, and nothing else limits it.
Is a photo I upload used by my website automatically?
It is available to your website and your menu the moment it is uploaded. You pick it when you edit a page or a menu item, and the same file serves both.
What happens if I run out of space?
We warn you when your storage is almost full. When it is full, new uploads pause and nothing is deleted. Free up space, or add storage as a small add-on, and uploads resume.
Where are my files kept, and are they backed up?
On Amazon Web Services, with backups. Only you and your team can see them unless you use a file on your public website or menu.
What if I stop my subscription?
Your files stay viewable and downloadable from the dashboard, read-only, for at least 12 months after the end date. You can download them all and take them with you.
