How it works

Guests book on your own website, the one that runs on Calenzy. They pick their dates, see what is free and the price for their stay, and confirm.
The guest gets a confirmation by email and you get a notification. On the day, mark them arrived and record the balance taken at the desk.

Bookings are unlimited on every plan. We never take a commission on a night you sell.
Questions, answered plainly.
Is this only for hotels?
No. It is for anything reserved over dates and counted: a guesthouse's bungalows, a campsite's pitches, a car park's spaces, a room or a boat you rent out. The words follow your business, so a car park and a guesthouse never read alike.
Where do guests book?
On your own website, the one that runs on Calenzy. There is no marketplace in between, no listing to maintain and no commission on the nights you sell.
How is the payment handled?
On Essential the guest confirms online and pays you on arrival. From Pro the guest pays a reservation fee online through Stripe, the dates are held while they finish, and you record the balance at the desk. Stripe's own processing fee applies; we take nothing.
Can I block dates?
Yes. Close a unit for maintenance, for your own family, or for a season you do not open. Blocked dates simply do not show as available.
Does it sync with Booking.com or Airbnb?
Not today. The tool sells the nights you take directly. If you also list on a marketplace, you block those dates by hand.
