Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. Your booking page is a link that opens in any browser. A client can create a login so their details and card are remembered next time, but nobody has to.
Can I still take appointments by phone?
Yes. You add them in the agenda or in the mobile app in a few taps, and the client gets the same confirmation and reminder as an online booking.
How does no-show protection work?
From Pro, the booking page asks for a card, which Stripe holds, not us. If the client does not come, you charge the fee you set in your rules. The rule is shown to the client before they book, as the law requires.
Can the booking page be in several languages?
Yes. You write the translations yourself on every plan. On Pro and Premium the AI translates your services into every language you offer.
Does it work with my Google or Apple calendar?
Every plan gives you a calendar feed you subscribe to from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, so your appointments show next to the rest of your life.
