We built a custom native mobile application, available on iOS and Android for both phones and tablets, designed to serve both clients and sales representatives.
On the client side, the app allows users to book appointments, view receipts, update their profile, access information about their dedicated account manager, order postal kits, and explore company details.
On the sales side, account managers can manage appointments and client records, view clients on an interactive location-based map, and generate purchase offers using complex pricing logic with live metal rates.
The system automatically issues vouchers to clients, while sales representatives can also track their monthly performance in real time, manage profiles, set reminders, and receive alerts triggered by client activity.
